Not sure why it's taken me so long, but here it is, my first blog. Ever. A little bit about me, I work in music, mostly as a recording/mix engineer, sometimes as a producer, songwriter, guitar player. Other times, I might be doing graphic design, attending sporting events, reading, helping people out, camping, mountain biking or playing Xbox Live.
First things first, shoutouts! On the heels of my first GRAMMY nomination (see how I sneakily hinted at my goal of winning one in the future?), I was talking to a fellow Berklee alum, Eric Normand at an alumni event about the need for an online presence. He suggested (wisely) that I hop online, be it through a blog or website, especially after the nomination and lo and behold, nearly a year later, I followed his advice. Better late than never, right Eric? Cheers, mate! Another shoutout goes to a great friend, the talented singer and guitarist JJ Brown. I still haven't jumped on the twitter wagon, though...YET! More on JJ later! And as always, thanks to friends and family in general for your support. 'preciatin' ya!
